I’ve been trying my best to get a vip ticket to warped tour. I’ve tried everything there possibley is to get a vip ticket. I’ve tried to help out with some people to possibley earn one, but the person I’m helping out isn’t giving away ‘vip’ tickets, just regular tickets. Which is smartpunk.com in case you were wondering. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to quit on them, I still want to be a part of warped tour and if picking up trash is some part, then I’ll stick with it. I am going to get my mom to donate blood, since I am not old enough to do it. But if I get this ticket, I’m not going to make her do it for this whole warped tour thing. But I will still make sure she donates blood to help save some people. I have tried entering contest’s but I have no such luck at winning ANYTHING, so as you can guess, I didn’t win. Just like everything else I’ve entered. I’ve done the survay thing, but they haven’t emailed me back , so I’m guessing I haven’t won. I don’t know what more I can do to win these vip tickets. My chances of winning anything are slim, and getting slimmer as it gets closer to my date. This will be my first concert experience I’ve done , so I want to make the best of it. My favorite band is going to be playing there, ‘all time low’ . I’ve never heard them live before, so if I would be able to get vip tickets I would be able to be back stage watching them live for the first time in the best location people have dreamed about. That would be the greatest thing that could ever happen to me. I really want need to get back stage because also I have alot of thing’s I want to give them, like a scrap book for Jack Barakats birthday that just passed. And if I dont get vip tickets to see them backstage or something, I’m not sure how I’m going to be able to give it to him that day, and I worked really hard on it. My friends and I have been doing stuff to take pictures of to put in the scrap book for him , and I really want him to see it. And my birthday is a month after when warped tour is in st. petersburg. My parents are letting me to go this as my birthday present, so I want to make the most of it while I can. I’m pretty sure anyways my mom isn’t going to let me attend another concert again, shes strict like that, so I want to live it up, make memories that wont fade away. I’ve even tried to find a way that I can even BUY vip tickets, but they don’t sell them. I’ve asked everywhere! I’ve tried to find some one who has them and will let me buy it off of them. I’ve saved up 100 dollars JUST to buy vip tickets if some one lets me. But I’m not that lucky. So as you can see, I really want those tickets. I will do anything for them…Even if that means that I can pay you about 100 dollars for them, then so be it. I’m that desperate right now. And I have never begged in my life. So please take this into consideration. I know I stand no chance at winning these tickets like most people do on here, but I gave it a shot atleast. It was worth a shot, I guess. I can’t really lose anything if I never had it, only I could gain from this. It would mean so much to me, like you don’t understand if I could get these vip tickets…I’ve also learned how to play a song of ‘all time low’s ‘ on guitar in case I met them and can show them when I am backstage. They are my idols and I really want to be able to have the privilage of seeing them backstage , giving them the items I’ve made for them, and playing a song on guitar I learned for them, that would be the greatest thing in the world. They have changed my life drastically and I want to show them how much they mean to me. I’ll do anything for those tickets, please sir. I will even beg on my knees on the ground if I had to. Anything you can imagine, I would probably do it just for these tickets. So please think about it.
The only problem with this contest thing is I’m not attending warped tour on these selected dates. I am attending warped tour on july 26th which is in st petersburg. So if you have vip tickets for that date, please, please , please! Think about giving them to me. If you don’t choose me to recieve these tickets, I guess I’ll understand.I just needed to vent alittle about how I feel, so sorry if its too long for you. I’d really REALLY love to go to Warped at the Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta, Georgia on July 28th because first of all, I’ve never gotten to go to Warped. I constantly hear all these amazing things about it, but I have never been. I know I’d love it, especially since I love tons of the bands there. My friend and I would love to have VIP passes because it’s summer, and we want to have an amazingly good time, who doesn’t? But it’s considerably hard to do when you live somewhere where the only options is movies or mall; all year round. So I mean, what could possibly be a better way to make your summer memorable then by going to warped? With VIP passes? That’s the thing, You couldn’t GET any better then that. Experiencing Warped VIP style would make this summer the most amazing and memorable time. I very rarely get to go see bands live, considering where I live, and if I do, we have to drive, so I like to make it count. This would definitely make it count. I just want to remember the good times during summer, with friends, and amazing music and just having a blast. And from what I’ve heard, Warped tour is all of that and more.

I think that I should get the VIP passes for the July 22nd Date in Virginia Beach, Virgina because I am completely obsessed with anything music related, especially Warped Tour. This is something that I wrote a few weeks back, and didn’t edit it at all, it’s just how it came out of my head:
“Music is everything in my life. It is what keeps me sane when I feel like the world is ending, and what makes a great day even greater, just by hearing my favorite song come on the radio. Going to shows is such an amazing experience for me, I live for it, and will get extremely upset if I really want to go to a show, and something happens causing me to not be able to go. I’m not a musician, but I would give anything to be one, and my goal in life is to work in the music business somehow, someway, even if I’m just a bus driver for a tour bus. Every second of every day I have at least three songs(normally more) stuck in my head, and can think of a song to go along with anything that’s happening, like a constant soundtrack to my life.”
Okay, so way back in 2007 I had tickets to Warped Tour and I was SUPER excited! so many of my favorite bands that I had NEVER seen live were going to be playing, and I thought I would finally be able to see them, all on one day! And the possibility of MEETING them was even greater. However, it was not to be =[ I got sick two days before my date. Seriously sick. I had multiple Kidney stones, and ended up in the hospital at one point. I pretty much felt like I was dieing for a little over a week. Last year I finally made it to warped tour, got screwed over by a street team in the process. They had me get there at 9am to help hang up tickets, and because I had to pick up my regular tickets at will call (even though they were getting me in free, I was planning on giving someone said tickets) they would not let me help them. So I was stuck outside waiting for doors to open. I got to see my favorite band in the world last year, Madina Lake, and it would be so awesome if I could see them, along with several of my OTHER favorite bands this year, just with the perks of being VIP. I really really really really really(i could keep going all day, but I’m sure you get the point) want to have VIP passes.
OH, and another thing, I get on my mom’s nerves so much talking about Warped Tour, and talking about one contest after another and how much I really really want to be VIP that she threatens to not even let me go to Warped Tour! If I had VIP tickets, do we really think she’d be able to keep me away? I sure hope she wouldn’t, so be awesome and hook me up VIP For July 22nd, Virginia Beach, Virginia?

Alritght that was the sweet part if my proposal now heres the salty. I can’t be a greedy contest winner because I was once a recipient of your gratitude in 2007. I won the Cleveland VIP warped tour passes and I was extremely stoked except cleveland experienced its worst storm all year , of course on the day of the Warped tour I attempted to find the pictures I posted in your old blog but didnt seem to have any luck. I guess you can just picture it with a little imagination it looked something like this #@$%#$%^*&^*&^@#$%@$ yea it was that bad. Some of the bands couldnt even go on because some of their equipment fell victim to the storm, amber pacific lost their electric guitars and had to play all acoustic which was still a good show. But in my opinion many of these people who post on here do not seem to be really trying for these passes. It seems as though many have lost their creativity, sob stories should not wins passes. That is why I’m trying extra hard this year because I know my odds of winning are slim because I once won in the past but I feel that if I’m trying my hardest this minor detail should be overlooked. But since everyone gives a story I guess I’ll put my 2 cents in. If I was able to attend Warped tour VIP once more it would be the best way to kick off my summer, Im and environmental science major and i just recently got back from the north woods of wisconsin from doing field research with small mouth bass and it was definatley a great experience but work without pay is only so great, which is how most internships go but next summer I’m going to work at the big game national park in south africa for the entire summer which will mean no summer= no warped tour. So this could possibly be my last warped tour, well at least for a couple of years. Also im my opinion warped tour has one of the best line-ups ive seen in years! streetlight manifesto! less than jake! anti-flag! NOFX! flogging molly! big D and the kids table, I literally have never seen such a good line-up, well a line-up that caters to my musical tastes! OK so I know this is 75% rambling but to get to the point, I would love if I could enjoy warped tour again except not under the AT&T tent attempting to hold it down so it didnt get blown away so my proposal is this, if you feel that I tried the hardest for the cleveland VIPS on july 9th then I would love to experience it one more time. Some of these entries are so half assed and I really am trying.

I don’t have too sad of a story, but I do have one that may touch your heart. I am a struggling 21 year old college student. I have went to every Warped Tour since 2003. This year is going to be tough. I rescue animals, and just recently I rescued a pregnant cat which had a litter of 7 kittens. I had to pay for all the vet bills and getting them all neutered and spayed. I maxed out my credit card for these rescue babies and I have still yet to find them a forever home. But this is a never ending cycle for me, because I love helping.
If you could find it in your heart to hook me up with VIP tickets I would be forever grateful. Also, I could hook you up with a kitten

I’m not going to sit here and tell you a huge story or beg as to why I need these tickets. Plain and simple is that music is my life. It has been ever since I can remember. I live to go to shows and talk with bands. I’m apart of countless street teams and many other music related organizations. And I also plan on pursuing a career in the music industry after college. Anyone who has ever talked to me knows music is the biggest part of my life and that it means more to me than words can say. Having the chance to receieve VIP tickets would just be an awesome experience and it would mean SO much to me.
Not to mention my best friends birthday is the day after, so this would be a great gift!

First off, I’d like to say sorry if this message is too long…I promise I’ll try my best to keep it short.
To many people today, it might sound like a cliche to say that music is my life. So, I’ll find other reasons to convince you. Warped tour is no longer just a fun day for me, as I have been attending it ever since I was around 13 years old. It’s become a sort of pilgrimage every year to my stop, and an experience I look forward to the entire year. Getting a real VIP pass would mean the world to me, and even that is just an understatement. A couple of years ago, I got my first experience being on stage at a local show with my friends. I have to say, it was probably the most exhilirating moment of my life.
This year, many of my favorite bands are going to warped tour, including TDWP, chiodos, underoath, and all time low. Being on stage with them would be THE experience of a lifetime. Rather than watching from the pit (where I almost pass out from heat exhaustion every year lol), I want to be up there with my favorites enjoying every freaking minute of the set; feeling the energy from the crowd, and immersing myself with the rush of just being up there.
Given the VIP passes, it would certainly NOT be a waste, as I will take advantage of every single minute I have with this priviledge I couldn’t get anywhere else.
On that note, it would give me the warped experience that I’ll remember until the minute I die. From my first Warped date, around 3 or 4 years ago now, I knew that this is something I wanted for myself. I knew since then, that life on tour is one that I want for myself, and Warped was just a part of it.
These passes would allow me to experience first hand (or as close as it gets, at least) to enjoying that life on the road that you guys live everyday. However, I know that I’ll probably not make it, given pressures from family to pursue another career “that is more money-making”. Because of that, because I know chances of this happening are slim to none, I want to live what it’s like for everyone on tour, even if only for a day.
Next year, I won’t be able to go to Warped Tour anymore, as I’ll be moving away to college somewhere in France. I truly wish this year to be memorable like no other, and a VIP would allow me just that.
Now, I really ask you from the bottom of my heart (and I’m not even playing around…really seriously) for you to allow me this experience. Heck, I’d do anything to make this year once-in-a-lifetime. So please, please consider this when choosing, and thanks. (sorry if this was too long…Idk how I could’ve made it shorter =/)

I think I deserve this more than anyone on my date. I may not have 1000+ followers on twitter, since I didn’t make it that long ago, but everything dealing with this blog, I RT to everyone on my list. I don’t think this contest should be about who has the most followers or the most friends on myspace, but rather who deserves it more, and who is willing to put in their all to get these tickets.

not sure if you’ve already given away the passes for pittsburgh but i figured it was worth a shot since it’s tomorrow, july 8th! i’ve been going to warped tour in pittsburgh since ‘03 and it’s pretty much a part of every summer for me. i just really love to be surrounded by music all day long. the last year or so has been pretty tough on my family, so i’m looking forward to a day away from all the stress and i think it’d be awesome to get the vip treatment!
hey everyone! i just wanted to say that I love you all! Your all truly and utterly amazing! :]. now, on to business. lol.
The date i wanna go to is July 24 at the Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando, Florida, and i think i deserve getting one of the VIP tickets or any ticket for that matter (if you cant get me VIP i’ll be happy with a regular ticket. :]) because i have loved most of the bands that are going for years including; All Time Low, The Devil Wears Prada, Kings Of Leon, ect.
Not only that but i would buy my own ticket but i dont have the money. You see, my dad just got laid off and hasnt been able to find a job, my moms boss has to lay off 500+ people soon and my mom’s job might be one of them. I am looking for a job at the moment so i can go see you all, but i’m only 14 and no one will really hire me. the two places that will aren’t hiring at the moment, but i have sent in applications to them and many other places, hopefully someone will hire me. :].
it would mean the world to me and more if you could get me a ticket.
Meeting some of the bands that i idolize will bring me great joy and i would love you all even more if you could do me this small favor

ok. this is going to sound lame. but would like to make a memorable time for my older twins. yes, i said older twins. i have 2 sets of twin boys. i can see them slipping away, at 14 (on july 27th) they never want to be home. i remember this age. i started listening to sxdx in the 6th grade and music was so very important to me. right now, thats where they are at. music is it for them. i know they will be hanging with their friends more and mom wont be needed much when they start driving. the last 2 years for warped tour (and our birthdays) they were in camp. (our birthdays are a day apart) next yr they will be 15 and off with their friends in cars, then theyll have jobs, then adulthood. so this is my bonding and memory making opportunity! it would make a great gift too! (as i stated their birthday is the 27th!)

date/location: July 18th - Uniondale, NY at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
i would love to get VIP passes for this years warped tour because i am highly involved with tons of things having to do with music. i’m a street team leader for a band thats just getting started in texas (disco curtis, they’re so good), i am constantly going to concerts and shows, i always manage to make a conversation veer toward something having to do with music, and i love finding out about new music, artists, venues, whatever. if you were to ask someone what basically influences what i wear and who i hang out with, or just what i love the most, they will most likely say music (the answer could be volleyball…but that’s acceptable too since i love volleyball a lot too :p ). i wear the skinny jeans even though my calves don’t exactly like being compressed into those tight surroundings, and i’m always wearing some sort of music-related shirt, whether its glamour kills or some band’s merch. music controls my life and its what i love.
i will admit - its my first year going to warped tour. i would love to experience it as a VIP, just because its such a different experience than shows that i’ve been to in the past, and because its a great way to learn about new music without getting stuck in the giant crowds (which are TONS of fun) by the stages. getting these VIP passes would mean the world to me and i would use them to my full benefit. yes, getting to be on stage and back where the people with regular tickets is EXTREMELY exciting and i would probably cry from happiness, but if i saw a band that i love, i’d act cool and be professional about it and not act like a teenie who freaks out if they meet that band. :p
VIP passes would be amazing. i won’t write a sob story up here like some other people did hoping that you’d feel bad for them. i will say that i wasn’t able to go to warped last year since the person i was going with got really sick the day before but that was unplanned, things happen to everyone.

I spray painted the board yellow, used black spraypaint to make the dripping, cut a RockDaMullet stencil out and sprayed it, and I cut the words out into a stencil and used a mix of purple and white paint… too bad the stencil slid a little! Ended up outlining it in black…
Going to let it all dry and touch it up tomorrow! AND take pics of us holding it! I think Im dizzy from all the paint….!

So I think I would be a great person to recieve the tickets for the July 10th show at Arrow Hall in Toronto. My first warped tour was back in 05′ when it was held at Molson park in Barrie, it was so hot & dusty but one of the best experiences of my teenage years, I left that day with a beautiful dirt tan & a star sunburned on my face. I would love to go to Warped tour again this year but experience it on the other side of the 19+ beer tent border lol (but VIP would be oh so nice) I love so many of the bands playing this year I may have slightly drooled when I read the lineup, I even have my concert-going pants washed & ready to go! So if you feel inclined, I would love to recieve the tickets & have a better, bigger, louder highlight of my summer time !

i think if i got VIP tickets that it would be an awesome experience and to see one of my favourite bands up close and personal would be something i’d remember forever. music is a big important part in my life and i think that this would just make it even bigger and put a smile on my face. i dont think i can write a bigger paragraph then this like other people can. Its just simple, id be super stoked if i won VIP tickets and i surely would enjoy it. thats about it haha

once upon a time, ed came to new jersey on july 19, 2009 and hung out with liz and her cool friends! they drank monster until they puked and then they watched super awesome bands like big d and the kids table, bad religion, nofx, senses fail, etc!

Charlotte needs the Warped Tour. I need the Warped Tour. My teenage son needs the Warped Tour. We just don’t get exposed to the music we really like. All we can do is look through the jewel case inserts of our favorite albums to find out what bands are mentioned because that’s almost all we have to go on. MTV and VH1 help, but we don’t watch those channels very much. Since moving here in 2005 I have rarely listened to the radio. When my husband finally located the local “alternative” rock station, I was relieved and a bit excited. I was really interested in the Southeast’s version of playable punk rock and hoped to get exposed to new regional stuff. So, it was with great enthusiasm that I programmed it into my minivan’s stereo and cranked it up. And that was the end of it. Perhaps it was my timing since I was no longer in the car for commuting to and from work and my exposure was limited. In between the seemingly endless stream of commercials and mindless dribble from boring DJ’s I would occasionally hear a song I liked. All of which they played on any decent, mainstream radio station, but more importantly one I already knew and had heard a hundred times. I wanted something different, something that intrigued me, something that made me rush home to google the band I’d just heard so I could hear more. Now the Warped Tour’s coming, bringing the music we’ve been longing to hear. We don’t know when we’ll get another chance to be exposed to so many new bands. A year is a long time to wait. Even the pierced guy at Hot Topic and the tattooed rocker girl that cuts my son’s hair agree that there are no good radio stations here for people like us. You see, I’m always asking, always on the lookout for where to find the newest, good bands here. That station is still programmed. Occasionally we’ll hear something we like, of course, it’s probably on the CD we’ve just listened to or on the one we’re about to put in. So, help us, please. We need VIP hook ups for the July 23 show. We want to thank the bands, like our favorites do and be around thousands of other people stuck in the Southeast with one thing in common, the love of good music.

Date: August 1st - Chicago
So last year was the first time i went to warped tour and it was basically my first real concert, even though its like 50+ concerts in one extremely tiring yet awesome day, and let me tell you, it basically swung everything around. Never have I met so many people in one day that were so nice and dedicated to music, yet they all knew how to have fun. I personally always loved music, but never dreamed of having a career in it, because my parents pushed me towards med school since they didn’t go to college at all, but thats changed. Warped tour opened my eyes to the possibilities, and being a part of something so big, even if only for one day, meant a lot more than I thought it would
so anywho, having VIP would really make my second time around just that much better and more memorable and maybe next year ill be able to actually work for warped if all goes well

Why should I get such a kick ass opportunity?
BECAUSE THE ECONOMY SUCKS DICK… this summer after getting back from college i looked everywhere trying to find a job, No one seems to be hiring around here, many of my friend and I have relied on giving plasma a few times a week for some extra coin. I was able to make it to the show in Indy but didn’t really get to see many of the bands I really wanted too see… My fired Nate just asked me the other day if i would want to go to the warped tour in Cinci and i said hell yeah.. even though i really do not have the money to go lol. I have never really won anything in my life and it seems like all my friends always get the vip passes and back stage passes to the shows we go to. for once i would love to get one! I’m not sure how many you guys are giving to each winner? but if its only one then I would love to get it so i could give it to my girlfriend Claire. Sadly this past month her mom was laid off from her banking job where she is a VP and has been working there for 10 years. My GF could also not find a job and she is currently in the process of changing colleges to move back home to help her mom save some money. so if i got the pass(es) it would be a really cool gift to give her to help relive some of the stress. Music is life and her and i use it in so many different ways in our own. It helps us through so much and warped tour is one of the great music portals we look forward to ever year to get away and have fun. I really hope that you pick me to receive the passes for the cinci show, it would mean so much to me. I thank you for even taking the time to read this post.

I would like to receive passes for the Atlanta date on July 28. The reason is I would like to make my experience more memorable. Last year I attempted to go, only to be caught in a mosh pit and have to receive 9 stitches in the ER at 2:00 that day. That was supposed to be a gift from my parents for being so supportive of me. By saying that I mean, my dad was in Iraq for a year tour on a MiTT team and my mother was going through radiation treatment for a brain tumor she had. I was taking care of my younger brother and mother while going to school and working a job to help out. That was a small gift from them for saying thank you, and it got messed up. This year, once again they have wanted me to go and enjoy myself and relax. I would like these to make my trip just that much more memorable. During those rough times, I had to be there for my brother and we have bonded a ton. I have gotten him into many bands that are going to be there and while i cant take him (he will be 9) I want to be able to bring him back something special like an autograph or two of bands he likes. If you do read this, thank you so much for taking time out to do so, but if not, then no harm done. If I’m chosen, I think it will put a smile on not only my face, but my parents as well. (Dad is home from Iraq, but is going to have to do another tour soon. Mom is on her way to a full recovery and has to go back ever few months for scans)

I would love to receive passes to Warped tour on 7/21 in Boston, Mass. Here is why. I have been begging/ wanting to go to Warped tour for the past three years once i found out about it. Unfortunately we never have money for me to. So i always get really upset to the point of crying on the day knowing how band i wanted to be there to see my favorite bands performing. This year I really had my heart set on going but just found out almost not even a week before the tour that i most likely can not again. Because of money issues again. If you hooked me up with passes to go I would be so grateful! Also truthfully I have never won a contest in my life, well that i can remember anyways. So this would mean so much to me! I also was looking forward to going to help out the booths trying to make a difference. Like the eartheco booth, and help the recycle through the day. I was also going help out the Breast Cancer awareness booth.
Im gonna keep this short so yeah i would love to have VIP tickets because warped tour will be kickass. i’ve never been there before and chiodos and a day to remember are my favorite bands and i would love to meet them because they are playing. Getting VIP warped tour tickets for July 31st in Detroit, MI at Commerica Park would be the best thing that has happened to me in my entire life so far. Being able to meet my favorite bands and then some would seriously make my year. Its on my “bucket list” to be able to meet someone that truly like and i think minus a few of the other items on the list, this would be the hardest to accomplish without acquiring some kind of VIP pass and I think warped tour is the perfect opportunity for me. Plus its always a blast but having VIP passes would definitely make it the most memorable experience for me. Please and thank you =)

And my friend has been through alot in her life. She has been raped from the time she was 4 till she was 11. If i could get her these tickets this would make her so happy.
