i would like to be hooked up for July 31st, Detroit Mi.
it’s my 2nd Warped, and i already have my ticket, as do my two friends, but we really want to see how Warped works behind the scenes. we’re going into a Music Industry Management class in college and it’d be neat to know how one of the biggest tours in the world works and how it’s run.
we also would like the opportunity to meet the people that have inspired us, saved us in some way, or helped us through really tough times. we’d like to thank them in person for helping us out.
my friend Brie has a cousin who has VIP from doing a blood drive at her school, and we’re all going together, and don’t want to be separated, but we know this is the only chance to get them. This could be my last chance at a Warped Tour, because both my parents got laid off, and i can’t find a job. i won’t be able to attend next year, because if i do get a job, every cent is going towards college, which i really can’t afford anyways. please hook us up!

Warped Tour is the beginning and end of my summer. It is pretty much the only thing I am doing besides work and school all summer long. I finish my classes on the 7th and on the 10th I am getting my tonsils out, and on the 15th I am getting surgery on my back. I’d really like to be hooked up with VIP passes to the Sacramento, CA 8/21/09 show. My best friend and I went last year and we had the best time seeing our favorite bands perform. She’s been grounded all summer and I haven’t seen her but her grounding is over next month and I think VIP Warped passes would be fantastically great to have to finally get to do something together this summer!! otherwise, neither of us would be able to go, and that’s just disappointing =/

I’ve been a faithful patron of Warped Tour for the past 6 years and this year I almost didn’t make it because of work. Well, I had to quit my job because I couldn’t take off. I already have another job lined up though. Another reason I would like to get hooked up by RockDaMullet because I am currently working on my own mullet. This is gonna be my first warped tour. you dont need to pick me if u dnt want to, but it be great if u do. I would do anything to get these passes, but not bad things though. i am takin my cousin wit me because she is the best and she deserves it after workin every single day this summer wit almost no fun. Well this was the worst summer ever for me im not tryin to make u feel bad for me just to give me the the passes, but im just being honest, dealing wit my parent divorce over the summer ruined alot of things for me. but i still want to end this summer wit a BIG BANG! I wanna be hooked up for august 1 Firsy Midwest bank amphitheater in Chicago.
I think i should be hooked up cause I’ve traveled across the country to go to the Chicago date of warped. I live in San Antonio, Tx and when warped came through I didn’t have the money to be able to get a ticket but I busted my ass working and came up with enough to come to Chicago to go to warped since I haven’t missed a warped tour in a couple of years and I didn’t want to start now. I just happened to be lucky that two of my favorite bands were on that date that wouldn’t have been at the San Antonio stop. The only thing I could think of that would make this trip better is if I could go to warped VIP style thanks to rock da mullet!

So, even though I didnt make a nifty craft or a video about why you should hookup my best friend and i with VIPs, here is a story about our friendhsip! Hahah sorry i haate leaving sad stories…but this is what makes our friendship different then others!
Me and mahh best friend Hailee have known each other since we were in 1st grade because we played soccer together. I remember one day after a soccer game, we drove in her dads red porsche and went over her house and we ate grilled cheese while playing computer games, we even made a secret handshake.
That’s when it all started.
After being on that soccer team for a few years, I had to quit, and that was the last I saw of Hailee. It wasn’t until 6th grade when she started attending my school when we became friends again. 6th grade was probably the toughest year for her and her family, because that was the year her dad died while they were taking a cruise over spring break. Hailee tried her best not to talk about it, but I think after that she was never the same. But she was still as vivacious and grateful as ever, and thats when she became my best friend. We are now going into our sophmore year of highschool, and are at different schools. This is probably one of the first times this year that we have been able to hang out since LAST YEAR!!!
Please make this moment a time we will always remember by hooking us up with VIP passes. WE WOULD LOVE YOU A LOT!!! =D

Oh my gosh.
so i was allowed to go to warped tour because i worked my but off and made about 150 bucks to buy stuff AND TRY TO GET VIP PASSES because all of my friends have VIP passes but me. It totally SUCKS. And i really REALLY wanna see all these awesome wonderful kick booty bands in person. I would really do anything to get these passes. I would streak if i had to. OH and ive never been to a warped tour IN MY LIFE. My old friends going that i havent seen in 8 years and i really want to see him. It would be totally sweet if i got these passes i mean seriously i live in kansas. NOTHING fun is around here. pleeeeeasseee :]
Show: August 16th–Washington County Fairgrounds Portland, Oregon
Warped Tour really means a lot to us, as cliche as it might sound. This years line up is the best in years. All of our favorite bands at one place, one show, how could anything possibly top that? It can’t. The only thing that could possibly add to this hot, sweaty, loud, amazing day- would be being able to spend it backstage with those who we look up to and listen to daily.
Being an artist- both a musician and a photographer, warped tour is THE thing we look forward to each year. You have no idea how enthralled we would be being able to just stand on the side of the stage and photograph Spencer Chamberlain (Underoath), Craig Owens (Chiodos), Shane Told (Silverstein), and hell even Nabil Moo (ISMFOF). Portland is such a heavy spot for the music scene that we have been to countless shows always watching from the crowd and then talking to the bands after the show. Being able to just connect on the same level and being able to just chill would be… like hanging out with Jerry Sienfield. I mean, he’s such a down to earth dude and I know most of these guys on warped are as well.
We both live in Portland so we could bring you guys stuff. I mean really- one of our friends is touring for awhile on warped this year (in the band Plug In Stereo) and I know touring on a big show like this isn’t easy. It isn’t some kind of incentive or anything… just trying to reach out and do what we can to help.
There was a lot that went into the video we made just to show you how much we want these passes. We are so stoked that Chiodos is on the entire tour- so we made a music video to the song The Words ‘Best Friend’ Become Redefined. We spent countless hours filming and editing it to make it the best possible. If we got these passes, it wouldn’t just make our summer- it would set a high in our lives that has yet to be surpassed. Thanks for all you are doing Rock Da Mullet- I think you have changed people’s lives by giving out these passes.

I think you should give me the tickets because I really can’t afford to both me and my sister, though I really want her to go. There are so many bands I look forward to seeing but seriously my sister loves every band on this tour, it was made for her. Plus at last years Warped Tour I got extremely ill from the heat and Had to go sit inside the area where they sell food, and left Early. If you hook me up with some tickets you would make my sister extremely happy and I promise not to wear long sleeves. I have eczema and last year my arms looked really ugly, so i didnt want to wear short sleeve. Well my arms are looking pretty fly this year haha and I will wear short sleeves and Feel way better!
